Pre-Clean Inspection

We assess the machine before touching anything — checking the seal, drum, drawer and filter panel. Before photographs taken so you can see exactly what was found and what was done.

Door Seal Deep Clean

Every fold of the rubber gasket is cleaned and treated. This is the single biggest source of black mould in any washing machine — an area a cloth alone can never properly reach.

Drain Pump Filter

Removed, fully cleared of all debris and lint, then correctly reinstalled. Most homeowners have never opened this hatch. It is almost always the cause of bad smells and poor drainage.

Detergent Drawer & Recess

The drawer is removed and soaked. Every compartment is scrubbed including the softener siphon cap where mould concentrates. The recess behind it is cleared and sanitised.

Professional Descale Cycle

A professional cleaner and descaler run on the correct hot programme — treating the drum, heating element and all internal pipework that cannot be reached by hand.

Door Seal Protection

A specialist silicone conditioner applied to the door seal after cleaning. Keeps the rubber supple, prevents cracking and significantly extends the life of the seal.

Exterior Clean

Control panel, door glass and handle wiped down. Stainless steel fronts buffed streak-free.

Final Inspection & Report Card
