what happens on every visit

Pre-Clean Inspection
The machine is assessed before anything is touched, filter, spray arms, door seal, baskets and drain area all checked. Before photographs taken.

Filter & Drain Area
The filter removed, soaked and fully cleared, both the cylindrical mesh and the flat plate beneath it. The drain area and housing scrubbed and sanitised.

Spray Arms
Every spray arm removed and every hole cleared individually. Blocked spray arm holes are one of the most common causes of poor wash results.

Door Seal, Hinges & Dispenser
The door seal cleaned around its full perimeter including every fold and the bottom lip. The door hinges scrubbed. The detergent and rinse aid dispenser cleared of dried build-up.

Baskets & Drum Interior
Both baskets and the cutlery basket removed and rinsed. Basket wheels inspected. The drum interior and inner door face wiped down.

Exterior Clean
The door, control panel and handle wiped down. Stainless steel fronts buffed streak-free, done before the cycle starts.

Client Approval
We walk you through exactly what has been done, showing you the seal, filter and spray arms before and after. You see the result with your own eyes before we move on.

Professional Descale Cycle
A professional dishwasher cleaner and descaler are added and the correct cycle is started, treating grease, limescale and deposits hands cannot reach. A full written report card is left with you and the cycle finishes on its own after we leave.
